Last Friday’s preview of my ‘New Work’ exhibition was great fun PLUS I sold half my work and gained some commissions!
It was a wonderful chance to see some friendly faces and meet some new ones! Jane McCall’s work glowed colourfully next to my more limited palette and everyone said how well they went together. (see her art at janemccall.com)
last 2 guests, shortly before an Indian takeaway to celebrate!

Even the kids behaved – sort of!
The exhibition at the John Bowen Gallery in Malmesbury is on until 26th April.
Kitchens, Bedrooms and Bathrooms magazine have a great feature on a project by Interior designers Furnish, based in Cheltenham. They transformed a lovely light Georgian apartment with a fabulous array of funky furniture including beautifully made bespoke items AND my paintings!
I’m so honoured to be a part of this project. Thank you Furnish and KBB!
Its been a lovely weekend in Malmesbury. I’ve been exhibiting at the Old Kit Box with Jane McCall. We had a constant stream of visitors and made some lovely connections with like-minded artists and had some great feedback. We both sold too, so its been a really positive experience. Thanks to everyone who visited and to Jane for letting me join her.
This week I have been working smaller and enjoying the freedom of ink and watercolour to create some lovely effects on heavy weight paper. I’ll update my portfolio once I have photographed them properly.
